Supporting breastfeeding starts long before birth.
From 1–7 August, we recognise World Breastfeeding Week—a time to acknowledge the commitment, resilience and care of mothers who choose to breastfeed, while recognising the many people and systems that help make that journey possible.
Behind every breastfeeding experience are moments of dedication, perseverance and love, often while mothers navigate recovery, family responsibilities and the demands of everyday life. Yet successful breastfeeding is never the responsibility of mothers alone.
It is made possible through the collective support of healthcare professionals, caregivers, employers, policymakers and resilient healthcare systems that create environments where mothers and babies can thrive.
At Aspen, we are proud to play our part in strengthening that healthcare ecosystem. Across our global operations—from research and development to manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain and commercial teams—our people work every day to help ensure patients have reliable access to essential medicines when and where they are needed.
This World Breastfeeding Week, we celebrate every mother, recognise those working tirelessly behind the scenes to support them, and reaffirm our shared responsibility to give every child the healthiest possible start in life.
Because supporting breastfeeding begins with supporting mothers.
