Does this sound familiar?

I know It’s easy to think that way, especially when you feel perfectly fine and have no reason to suspect anything is wrong.

But high blood pressure can affect younger adults too, and it may not give you obvious signs that something is going on. High blood pressure can develop without obvious symptoms. And when it stays high over time, it can put extra strain on your heart, blood vessels, kidneys and other organs.

So instead of assuming you're fine because you feel fine, why not know where your numbers actually stand?

Sometimes, knowing is better than assuming.
