Supporting your child’s Home Exercise Program (HEP) doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. It’s about creating a routine that works for **you and your child**.

In *The Caregiver’s Blueprint*, we explore practical ways to make HEP more successful:

⏰ **Lock in your schedule** — Find a time when both you and your child have the energy to participate.
🏠 **Combine activities** — Integrate therapeutic activities naturally into everyday home routines.
