Please Join Us in Welcoming Our New Provider!

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Montu Patel to our practice. A Lowell native, Dr. Patel is excited to return home and care for the community that helped shape his journey into medicine.

Dr. Patel completed his residency training at Cabrini Medical Center in New York, NY, and brings over 20 years of post-residency experience in comprehensive adult primary care. He has extensive expertise in managing complex medical conditions while emphasizing preventive care and long-term wellness.

Dr. Patel is committed to building strong, collaborative relationships with his patients, focusing on disease prevention, health education, and continuity of care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a strong interest in home improvement, fitness and wellness, and lifelong learning.

February is American Heart Month, a crucial time to focus on cardiovascular health by adopting lifestyle changes that reduce heart disease risk—the leading cause of death in the U.S. Key actions include eating a heart-healthy diet, getting 150+ minutes of moderate exercise weekly, managing stress, quitting smoking, and monitoring blood pressure and cholesterol.

Due to inclement weather, our office will be closed on Monday for in-person visits to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We will, however, continue to offer limited remote services, including virtual visits and clinical support where appropriate. Our team will reach out directly to patients whose appointments are affected.

If you have an urgent medical concern, please contact our office at 978-452-9700. For emergency or life-threatening conditions, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

The peak of flu season usually occurs between December and February. However, flu activity can vary from year to year, and some seasons may peak earlier or later. We recommend all adults have a flu vaccine yearly.

Flu shots are going to be available starting today Monday 9/8 for adults 65+ years old on. We will have flu shots available for all adults starting on Monday 9/22.

Patients can schedule an appointment to receive the flu shot at any of our 4 locations. We will be having a flu clinic at our Dracut location on Thursday 09/25/25 from 1:00pm-5:00pm. The schedule is open and the reception team is ready to schedule patients.
