H.E. Sem Sokha, Co-chair of CBID 2023 Congress and Secretary of State of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, led an Abstract Committee Meeting on 28th Oct 2022 through Zoom link. The meeting aimed to update the member of an abstract committee for both (NOC and IOC), to finalize the abstract scoring (as an attached draft). The meeting also discussed the process of abstract review flow and completing the number of speakers at the plenary session and oral presentations.

10th Small Group Meeting-5th CBID on 18 Nov 2022 at 1:30pm

H.E. Sem Sokha, a co-chair of CBID congress 2023, led a CBID group that organized a meeting to discuss the CBID Congress event venue and finalize our agreement on the criteria for having the logo. The meeting also discussed the deal on the Key speakers (for plenary), including agreed standards for financial support if required, and discussed criteria for sponsorship of successful Abstract-oral presentation (for the parallel session) and OPDs.
