Kligman’s Trio Cream

Active Ingredients: Hydroquinone (typically 4-5%) for lightening, Tretinoin (0.05-0.1%) for exfoliation, and a corticosteroid (0.1% dexamethasone or 0.01% fluocinolone) to minimize irritation.
