In her classes, Petra applies the asana (pose) sequence following the more flowing Vinyasa-style of yoga, while honouring the wisdom from Sivananda School which helps us to turn inwards through holding the asanas for longer. Each class consists of Sun Salutations, various asanas and Shavasana, a final relaxation which allows the body a chance to recuperate and helps you leave the class feeling lig

ht and energised. Petra has been trained in Sivananda-style in India, and has a 500-hour Yoga Alliance teacher certificate. Since certification in 2008, she has continued to deepen her understanding through visits to India and by participating in workshops by renowned teachers such as Mark Darby (Ashtanga yoga), Tiffany Cruikshank (Vinyasa Flow) John Friend (Anusara Yoga) and Amy Ippoliti (Hatha Yoga).
