Ever wonder how we choose the treatments we teach and offer?
Here is a look behind how our medical team spent the last decade mastering hand rejuvenation:
Back in 2016, we focused exclusively on autologous fat grafting for the hands. Why? Because even with natural fat reabsorption, it delivers incredibly soft, natural results. Plus, the regenerative properties of fat mean patients see gradual, long-term improvements in skin quality. We even created specialized programs focused on prevention, not just filling volume loss.
By 2019, We began using FDA-approved products like Radiesse.
Radiesse is suitable for restoring lost volume and hiding prominent veins/tendons.
But biostimulators like Radiesse and Sculptra require extreme precision. If injected too superficially, unevenly, or not massaged correctly, they carry a risk of nodules, lumps, or granulomas due to product clumping.
For years, we’ve been testing combinations of PRP, Fat Grafting, Exosomes and Biostimulators, to find the absolute best protocol for our patients.
And guess what? We think we finally found it. 🎉
But... We are still waiting. Here’s Why:
As you know, our academy has a strict golden rule: We never introduce any product or technique to our students and patients without a thorough 6-to-12 month internal study.
Your safety and results come first. So, while we are incredibly excited about this new combination breakthrough, we will fully validate the data before we open up our next advanced training course.
Stay tuned - the future of hand rejuvenation is coming soon.
