Good skin isn’t luck — it’s built on four foundations 🌿

And winter quietly chips away at all of them. Here’s what I mean:

🌬️ Barrier function — your skin’s first line of defence. When it’s compromised by cold air and indoor heating, you get sensitivity, redness and dehydration. Strengthening this is always step one.

☁️ Hydration — and I don’t mean moisturiser. Hydration is the water content within your skin cells. Auckland winters are notorious for dehydrating skin from the inside out, leaving it dull, tight and ageing faster than it should.
