Brook Lu is a Licensed Professional Counselor (PA, USA) who works with adolescents and adults in English and Mandarin Chinese. She is especially curious about the stories and systems that shape us, from family-of-origin patterns and relationships to history and societal expectations.

Brook supports clients navigating anxiety, burnout, identity, relationships, and major life transitions. Her style is warm, relational, and person-centered, drawing from CBT, DBT, solution-focused approaches, and psychodynamic perspectives to balance practical change with deeper self-understanding.

Having lived across China, the U.S., and South Korea, Brook brings a personal appreciation for belonging and life between cultures. Outside the therapy room, she loves writing, painting, theater, tarot, aromatherapy, and all kinds of expressive arts.
