I am not separate from anything.

Just breath,
just rhythm,
just a quiet kind of love
that doesn’t need to be spoken.

Nothing here asks to be loud.

Not the land,
not the animal,
not me.

There is a kind of wealth
in moving slowly -
in knowing you don’t need to take,
only to meet.

and that is enough
