Frequent loose stool- What should I do?

It is common to experience both constipation and loose stools during pregnancy.

However, if the diarrhea becomes severe to the point where the mother starts losing weight or becomes dehydrated, it is important to seek medical attention.

While constipation can occur during pregnancy, experiencing loose stools is also a possible change.

As long as diarrhea is not frequent and severe enough to cause weight loss, it may be a normal change.

What Should I Do If I Catch a Cold?

A cold can improve on its own without medication.

Make sure to get plenty of rest, maintain proper humidity, and stay hydrated.

However, if you develop a high fever or your symptoms worsen, it could seriously affect the baby.

In such cases, visit a doctor for a consultation and take medication if necessary.

Can I drink coffee or other caffeinated beverages during pregnancy?

There is no reported evidence that caffeine intake increases the risk of fetal abnormalities.

However, excessive consumption may lead to insomnia, frequent urination, and other discomforts. It’s best to limit your intake as much as possible.
