Which of these walking habits are you going to try after your next meal?

As an IBS dietitian, I can tell you that a simple daily walk is often more effective for bloating than expensive supplements. Moving your body physically stimulates your intestines to push out trapped gas and relieve constipation. When you combine gentle movement with natural digestive enzymes or peppermint, you give your gut the exact mechanical and biological support it needs to process food without pain.

Do you usually go for a walk after eating, or do you prefer to rest?

A sensitive gut thrives on strict predictability and struggles when it is forced to constantly guess what comes next. Constantly grazing throughout the day or skipping meals entirely disrupts your natural digestive waves, which causes food to sit in your system and ferment. True relief from bloating and pain happens when you stop looking for extreme food restrictions and start building a consistent daily rhythm that supports your body’s natural mechanical processes.

Which of these three common habits do you struggle with the most?

Even though the diagnosis is the same, living with IBS can look completely different from one person to another.

Identifying whether you struggle more with constipation or diarrhea is the only way to choose the right habits and foods for your body.

Once you understand your specific type, you can finally stop the guessing game and start finding real relief.

Which side of the conversation do you relate to the most?

Comment “IBS” to get my 5 day plan and start taking your confidence back.

Living with constant digestive issues often means your world starts to get smaller without you even realizing it.

You start skipping dinners, choosing clothes based on your bloating, and mentally mapping out every restroom before you even leave the house.

It is easy to start believing this is just your “normal” but you deserve to enjoy your life without being controlled by your gut.

IBS isn’t just about what you eat, it is also about how you prepare your food and how you move your body.

These simple habits have helped my clients manage their bloating and feel much more comfortable throughout the day.

Try implementing one or two of these shifts and see how your gut responds.

Which of these tips are you hearing for the first time?

Yes, your body needs safety.

But safety is not only about mindset, meditation, or breathwork.

The body also needs biological safety.

Because a body running on poor sleep, inflammation, pain, undernourishment, or chronic stress will continue to receive internal signals of “threat.”

And maybe this changes the question completely:

What if your body is not failing you…
but responding intelligently to what it is experiencing?
