POV: you found a tuna salad you’ll actually crave 🥗✨

Because “healthy” doesn’t have to mean dry tuna, plain lettuce and a sad dressing. This one is fresh, creamy, filling and packed with protein + healthy fats.

And the dressing? That’s what makes it👌🏻

RECIPE:
(Serves 4 ppl)

DRESSING
3/4 cup lemon juice (you can add more if you like it lemony)
4 tablespoons labne (I use labne baladiye Libanlait)
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise (Lesieur is the winner)
1/4 cup zaatar/thyme mix
Whisk all ingredients together and mix well into the salad

SALAD
Two or three large tuna cans (I usually use Albacore white tuna in oil and I drain it well)
1 medium yellow or red bell pepper
1 medium sweet onion
4 or 5 cups your choice of greens/lettuce (I usually use iceberg and baby rocca)

You can always make it richer in protein by adding some boiled eggs. You can also add 1 cup of sweet corn or boiled pasta to increase carb intake.

💡 Prenatal nutrition tip: If you’re pregnant, choose low-mercury tuna (such as canned light/skipjack) and keep your overall weekly fish intake within pregnancy recommendations. You don’t need to avoid fish, the right choices can provide valuable protein and nutrients during pregnancy.

Save this easy tuna salad recipe for your next quick lunch, and send it to someone who’s always asking “what am I going to eat today?” 💜

Getting pregnant was the dream.
The struggle to get there became part of my story. 💜

When you’re trying to conceive, especially when the journey takes longer than expected, life can start to feel measured in cycles, appointments, blood tests, waiting… and hoping.

I know what it feels like when “just relax” isn’t helpful.
When pregnancy announcements bring both genuine happiness and a quiet ache.
When you’re doing everything you can, but still don’t know when or if it will happen.

And then one day, you look at the little person in your arms and realize something:

The struggle didn’t disappear from your story just because you reached the chapter you prayed for.

My fertility journey changed me. It taught me patience I didn’t want to learn, strength I didn’t know I had, and how little control we sometimes have over the timeline.

If you’re currently trying to get pregnant, going through infertility or IVF, protect your heart along the way. Take breaks when you need them. Set boundaries around conversations that hurt. Nourish your body without expecting food or lifestyle to magically “fix” fertility. And allow yourself to have hard days without turning them into hopeless ones.

BECAUSE THE STRUGGLE IS PART OF THE STORY,
BUT IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THE WHOLE STORY.🔅

Save this for a difficult day, or share it with someone who might need to feel a little less alone today.
And if you’ve walked this road too, leave a ♥️ below.

You can eat all the “right” foods… and still be missing the bigger picture.

We put so much pressure on food.

More protein.
Less sugar.
Better ingredients.
Perfect portions.

But what about the rest of your day?

How well are you sleeping? 😴
Are you moving your body? 🧘‍♀️
Are you constantly stressed?
Do you ever slow down?

Nutrition is important.
But it’s only one piece of the puzzle.

Instead of trying to perfect your diet, try looking at the bigger picture:

✓ Eat in a way that nourishes you
✓ Find movement you genuinely enjoy
✓ Protect your sleep
✓ Make space to decompress
✓ Build habits that fit your real life

Because consistency will take you much further than a “perfect” routine you can't maintain. 💜

Your lifestyle is built by what you do most of the time; not what you do perfectly.

💬 Which one are you working on right now: nutrition, movement, sleep or stress?

Save this for the days you feel like you need to do everything perfectly.

The pose looks impossible… until your body learns otherwise.

There was a time when I couldn’t do this.

Not because my body wasn’t capable.
But because my mind had already decided where my limits were.

That’s the thing about fear: it often sounds like a fact.

“I’m not flexible enough.”
“I’m too scared.”
“I could never do that.”
“This just isn’t for me.”

But limits and fears aren’t always stop signs. Sometimes, they’re simply places we haven’t explored yet.

Start small. Stay consistent. Respect your body. Give yourself permission to be a beginner. And notice what changes when you replace “I can’t” with “not yet.”

Whether it’s yoga, flexibility, strength, confidence, or life—progress begins when we stop letting fear make the decision for us.

What’s one thing you once thought you could never do… until you did it?

👇 Save this for the days your own limits feel a little too real.

Eating healthy but not losing weight? Here’s what might be happening. 👇🏼

You’re choosing healthy foods.
You’re eating more nuts, avocado, olive oil and nut butter.
You’ve cut back on processed foods.

But you’re still wondering:
“Why am I not losing weight if I eat healthy?”

Because healthy eating doesn’t automatically mean weight loss.

Nutritious foods can still be calorie-dense. And when your goal is healthy weight loss, portions and your overall energy intake matter too.

You don't need to eliminate these foods. Instead:

✓ Practice portion control with calorie-dense foods
✓ Build balanced meals with complex carbs, protein, healthy fats and fiber
✓ Pay attention to snacks, drinks, sauces and dips
✓ Focus on your overall calorie and nutrient intake
✓ Choose habits that support sustainable weight loss, not another restrictive diet

A calorie deficit can be necessary for weight loss, but that doesn't mean eating as little as possible.

The goal is to find the right balance between nutrition, portion sizes and your individual needs.

Because eating healthy and eating for weight loss can overlap…but they’re not always the same thing.

💬 Are you eating healthy but struggling to lose weight? What do you find the hardest: portions, cravings or consistency?

Save this for your weight loss journey and send it to someone who needs to hear it. 💜

One day, you’ll miss the days you once called “ordinary.” 💜

The slow mornings.
The messy kitchen.
The familiar voices in the next room.
The little routines you barely notice because they happen every day.

We spend so much time waiting for the next thing;
the weekend, the holiday, the milestone, the better season.

But life is happening right now.

Being present doesn’t mean every moment has to feel magical. It simply means noticing it while it’s here.

✨ Put your phone down for a few minutes.
✨ Look around and notice one thing you’re grateful for.
✨ Give the people you love your full attention.
✨ Stop rushing through the moments you may someday wish you could relive.

Mindful living, being present, gratitude and living in the moment often begin with one simple thought:

These might be the good old days. 💜

What’s one “ordinary” moment in your life right now that you never want to forget? Tell me in the comments. 👇
