What Hurts You

What hurts you
doesn’t come from the outside,
but from what you allow
to fester inside you.

The anger you don’t express,
the sadness you don’t cry out,
the words you kept silent,
the pain you keep ignoring…
all of it slowly becomes a poison
that eats away at you from within.

So don’t keep the pain that hurts you.
Talk, cry, write, let it out…

Don’t destroy yourself with your silence.
Live gently… so you can remain strong. 💙

Not everything we have lost is truly a loss.
The more we love ourselves and protect our hearts, the more we may lose those who were used to us pleasing them at the expense of ourselves.

Anger is not always related to the obvious reason; it can be the result of accumulated emotions and stress that have not been expressed.

Sometimes, it is the result of frustration, exhaustion, or feelings that have been held inside for too long.

The solution?
Learn to pause before reacting, identify your emotions, express them in a healthy way, and look for the real reason behind the anger instead of focusing only on the last situation.

By constantly being present for others, their demands and whims, we sometimes end up forgetting ourselves…

Yet the most important person we should never abandon is ourselves. 🌿

Self-respect, choosing yourself, and protecting yourself… is not selfishness, it is balance.

✨ Sometimes saying “no” to others is actually saying “yes” to our inner peace.

🌿 The Inner Child 🌿

The child you once were is still alive within you.
It still carries fear, unmet needs, and the desire to be loved.

Healing means listening to it with kindness.

“I see you, I am here for you.”

The inner enemies are: fear, lying, ignorance, hatred, selfishness, envy, anger, and doubt.
They can weaken our inner balance.
The goal is not to deny them, but to understand them and regulate them in order to reach a greater inner peace.
