A lot of you (especially ladies) are still afraid of lifting weights, so this video is for you!

First and foremost, resistance training will not make you bulky😒

Second, studies show that strength training helps:
✨ increase lean muscle mass and metabolism
✨ improve bone density and reduce osteoporosis risk
✨ enhance insulin sensitivity and hormonal balance

Walking and cardio are great for your 🫀 but your muscles, bones, and metabolism also need resistance training 💪🏼
