Yes, some people can train fasted and still perform well. But in most cases, performance improves when your body is properly fueled.

Keep it simple:

✅ 2–3 hours before training: a balanced meal with carbs and protein (rice, potatoes, chicken, meat, fish, etc.)

✅ 30–60 minutes before training: a piece of fruit like a banana, dates, or other easy-to-digest carbs
