هدف المنشور مش خوّفكن من هالمأكولات بس حتّى تعرفوا أكتر عنن وعن الدّهون المُهَدْرَجَة.🍟🍪 وفي حال كنتو بتاكلوا منن بكميّة كبيرة، جربوا خفّفوا بشكل تدريجي ومش ضروري توقفوهن كليًّا بس وركزوا بشكل أكبر على المأكولات الطبيعيّة، غير المصنّعة.👍
Trans fat/hydrogenated fat are mostly produced from vegetables oils that are in a liquid state to transform them to a solid state by adding a hydrogen.🍩 Due to its side effect, world health organisations advice to limit their consumption.
Main food that contain high levels of produced trans fat are:
- Frozen food and pizza🍕
- Coffee creamers
- Microwave packed food
- Packed noodle🍜
- Fried food: fried, chicken, doughnut...
- Microwave popcorn🍿
- Margarine and some vegetable oils
- Read made cakes, pancakes, waffles, creams...🥧
- Biscuit/crackers
- Chips
No need to fear these food by knowing these information but in case you consume them in high amounts make sure to limit your consumption gradually (no need to stop having them totally) and have more natural low processed food with good health benefits.👍
