They may look like headphones, but they are not.
Your ears clean themselves naturally. In most cases, you do not need to clean inside your ears.
If earwax becomes a problem, see your ENT doctor. Never insert cotton swabs or any other objects into your ears, as they can push wax deeper or injure the ear.
Before buying or using any ear-cleaning device, consult your ENT doctor.
