1. Physiologic Foundation:

The first phase is about being healthy, and functioning well. We begin by overcoming body-mind limitations, like pain, stress, habits, beliefs & thought strategies, negative emotions, and associations.

2. We all have personality body-mind patterns, values, passion, purpose...The fact that we do not embody it fully in our bodies and behaviors, makes us inauthentic and unhappy. The key is alignment.

3. The Difference You are Meant to Make
The most introverted individual will influence 10,000 people during his or her lifetime. If Leadership is Influence "John Maxwell", then everyone is leading someone. So How we communicate is a responsibility & a calling. Let us be intentional about it, inspire and give value. f you are ready to make a difference, in yourself, your business and in the lives of those you care about, Physiologic is the way to adopt.

Being grounded and centered has so many benefits when it comes to managing stress and recovering when challenges get us off track.

When we are not centered, we lose our sense of self, our alignment with our values and purpose, and we can see it in our posture ad breathing patterns (we also can feel it).

Our executive brain is shut down when we are in this non-centered state. We end up ruminating around our problems, instead of activating our whole brain and embodied wisdom from a centered grounded state of being.
