I skipped all the summer of 2025, Leona was petite, didn’t feel comfortable to take her to the beach! This year though, I find myself on the beach almost every day watching sunsets with my little girl! The joys of these moments!

Today more than ever, yoga is a powerful tool for political awareness because we are living through constant crisis, instability, and overwhelming change that deeply affect our mental health and sense of safety. Yoga helps us stay grounded and regulate our emotions, but without awareness it risks becoming an escape rather than a tool for understanding reality. In a world where silence can reinforce injustice and misinformation fuels division, yoga offers clarity, presence, and ethical reflection, encouraging us to stay conscious rather than indifferent. People today are not only seeking wellness but also meaning, connection, and impact, and when yoga is linked to political awareness, it becomes a powerful practice that supports both personal healing and collective responsibility.
