🟠1 cup lentils soaked in water for 3 hours than cooked with 1 cup water. Wait till cold
🟠2 tbsp tahini
🟠Salt pepper cumin lemon juice to taste
🟠blend all together
🟠enjoy as a dip with stick veggies
Half cup lentils hummus is only around 100 calories..yuppie

When the piece is small, you will trick your brain and eat 2 to 3 pieces which equals in calories 1 big maamoul.
I don't use artificial sweetener.. just reduce the sugar and make small pieces.

Eat in moderation and enjoy.
