Job Title: Quality Assurance & Complaints Officer (Location: Jadra)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Complaints Officer to oversee quality compliance, complaint investigations, and warehouse quality monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities
•Monitor operations and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
•Identify, investigate, and report non-conformities, deviations, and customer complaints.
•Coordinate complaint investigations, determine root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
•Maintain quality records, complaint databases, and required documentation.
•Conduct audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
•Analyze complaint trends and prepare reports for management and relevant departments.
•Ensure timely communication and resolution of customer complaints in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
•Support Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, and other quality-related activities as required

Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
•Up to 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance.
•Knowledge of GSDP and quality management systems.
•Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Priority will be given to applicants in close proximity to Jadra.

Hiring Sales Supervisor – Pharmaceutical Sector (Beirut, Lebanon)

A results-oriented Sales Supervisor is needed to lead and support a pharmaceutical sales team in Beirut, driving sales growth and achieving business targets in a competitive healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise, coach, and motivate sales representatives through regular field visits and performance monitoring.
•Implement and support sales strategies, set KPIs, and identify market growth opportunities.
•Oversee territory planning and ensure optimal regional coverage.

Qualifications:
