I refuse extremely oversized breast implants when they don’t fit the patient’s anatomy or may lead to complications such as:
• unnatural results
• stretched skin
• back and neck pain
• implant displacement
• long-term tissue damage

A beautiful breast augmentation is about proportion, elegance, and balance — not just volume.

Sometimes, saying “no” is part of good medicine.

كجرّاح تجميل، دوري مش بس أعمل تغيير شكلي… دوري كمان أحافظ على التناسق، الأمان، والنتائج طويلة الأمد.

لهيك أنا برفض أحياناً طلبات زرع أحجام ضخمة جداً من السيليكون لما ما تكون مناسبة لجسم المريضة أو ممكن تسبب مشاكل مثل:
• نتيجة غير طبيعية
• تمدد وترهل الجلد
• آلام بالظهر والرقبة
• تحرك الزرعة
• ضرر طويل الأمد بالأنسجة

الجمال الحقيقي هو التناسق والنعومة… مش فقط الحجم.

أحياناً كلمة “لا” هي جزء من الطب الصح.

Some procedures are not about “can we do it?”
They’re about “should we do it?”

As a plastic surgeon, there are situations I refuse — even if the patient insists.
Because safety, ethics, natural results, and long-term wellbeing will always come before trends or pressure.

كجرّاح تجميل، في مواقف أرفض فيها إجراء العملية حتى لو المريض مصرّ.
لأن السلامة، والأخلاق الطبية، والنتائج الطبيعية، وصحة المريض على المدى البعيد أهم من أي ترند أو ضغط.

� ليش منطلب منك توقف التدخين قبل العملية؟

لأن الموضوع مش نصيحة… هو شرط أساسي للسلامة.

التدخين:

* ❌ بيقلّل تدفّق الدم للجلد
* ❌ بيأخّر التئام الجروح
* ❌ بيزيد خطر الالتهابات
* ❌ ممكن يسبب موت الجلد (necrosis) وندبات سيئة

👉 حتى سيجارة وحدة بتأثر على الأوكسجين بالأنسجة.

💡 التوقف عن التدخين لمدة 3–4 أسابيع قبل وبعد العملية بيحسّن النتيجة بشكل كبير وبيقلّل المضاعفات.

نجاح العملية مش بس على الدكتور…

🚫 Why do we ask you to stop smoking before surgery?

Because it’s not just a recommendation… it’s a safety requirement.

Smoking:

* ❌ Reduces blood flow to your skin
* ❌ Delays healing
* ❌ Increases risk of infection
* ❌ Can lead to skin necrosis and poor scars

👉 Even 1 cigarette affects oxygen delivery.

💡 Stopping smoking at least 3–4 weeks before and after surgery can significantly improve your results and reduce complications.

Your result doesn’t depend only on the surgeon…
👉 it depends on YOU too.

There is no “hard” operation in plastic surgery.

There are challenging cases.

The difficulty does not come from the name of the procedure —
it comes from the patient’s anatomy, their expectations,
and whether it is a primary surgery or a revision case.

Every patient is different.
Every case requires a different strategy.
That’s where experience, precision, and judgment matter most.

Plastic surgery is not about difficulty.
It’s about responsibility.

لا توجد عملية “صعبة” في جراحة التجميل.

هناك حالات تتطلب تحديًا أكبر.

الصعوبة لا تأتي من اسم العملية،
بل من طبيعة جسم المريض، وتوقعاته،
وإذا كانت العملية أولى أو عملية تصحيحية.

كل مريض مختلف.
وكل حالة تحتاج إلى خطة خاصة بها.

هنا تظهر أهمية الخبرة، الدقة، وحسن التقدير.

جراحة التجميل ليست مسألة صعوبة،
بل مسألة مسؤولية.
