On établit une écoute client (patients, employés et Médecins) capillaire et systématique et mettant en relief les employés pour en améliorer la satisfaction du point de vue soit financier soit d'ambiance en facilitant et en encourageant les employés à accéder à une éducation supérieure et spécialisée. On crée un service de prévention en poursuivant une collaboration scientifique avec des établissements universitaires soit nationaux soit internationaux.

رفع مستوى الوعي حول سرطان الرئة، وتعزيز الوقاية والكشف المبكر، وتحسين رعاية المرضى، بهدف خفض معدلات الوفيات وتحسين جودة حياة المرضى.
