The Ones You Didn’t Bring Up
Once again, you find yourself begrudgingly letting it go.
The friend who canceled again. The partner who forgot, again. The “that’s fine” you said when it wasn’t fine at all.
None of it big enough to bring up on its own. So it goes unnamed, and you call it being easygoing.
This week we’re not chasing the big betrayals. We’re looking at the small ones that pile up quietly, unspoken.
📝 What’s something small someone didn’t follow through on this week that I decided wasn’t “a big enough deal” to bring up?
📝 Where did I call it “being easygoing” when it was really lowered expectations?
📝 What did I laugh off this week that actually stung more than I showed?
These prompts are meant to help you understand yourself a little better; do 1, all, or none.
