This 2-Day Hands-On Training Workshop will introduce you, step by step, to statistics. At the end of this workshop, you will be able to plan, conduct and publish health research.

The workshop is useful to:
• Beginners in statistics
• Anyone interested in planning, starting and/or conducting health research
• Students, professionals, and health sector staff
• Researchers currently engaged in health research and who need guidance

The workshop will provide:
o A clear foundation in health statistics
o An understanding of the concepts of statistics
o Guidance to start your own research
o Practical knowledge to develop and conduct research
o Support and direction for ongoing research work

The workshop will:
 Provide hands-on learning experience
 Introduce you to a practical approach to real research situations
 Guide you step-by-step in the use of statistics in health research
 Build confidence in you to apply statistics in health research
