An insightful meeting filled with engaging speeches, thoughtful evaluations and meaningful learning as we explored how strong communication skills extend beyond the Toastmasters stage and into reports, research papers and professional writing. ๐๐ก
A special highlight of the meeting was the educational presentation โ๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ญ๐โ, delivered by TM Chachini Eromika. The session reminded us that a good evaluation is not only about identifying areas for improvement, but also about encouraging speakers, recognising their strengths and helping them grow with confidence. ๐ค๐ฑ
