Successful complex TAVI, left main coronary and peripheral intervention in one setting, performed at Bangladesh National Heart foundation ahead of their National Sessions in Dhaka 2024 under my care.

We had a long case, performed successfully and perfectly.

This is my 5th country as international proctor to do such procedures in. Very glad to keep it going.

Another milestone in TAVI artificial heart valve implantation. First such case in SL.

Torrential Aortic regurgitation with zero calcium on valve leaflets is a very difficult problem for anchoring a TAVI valve, anywhere in the world. Infact calcific aortic stenosis is much easier to treat.
