Sport Taping වැඩමුළුව යනු ඔබට ආරක්ෂිතව සහ ඵලදායී ලෙස taping කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය දැනුම සහ කුසලතා ලබා දීම සඳහා නිර්මාණය කර ඇති පුළුල්, ප්‍රායෝගික වැඩසටහනකි. Anatomy සහ ක්‍රීඩා ආබාධ පිළිබඳ මුලික දැනුමක්ද මෙම පාටමාලාව තුල ලබා දෙන නිසා එක් එක් taping ක්‍රම සිදුකරන්නෙ මන්දැයි අවබෝධ කර ගැනීම පහසු වෙයි.
