ලෝක මිහිකත දිනය සැමරීම වෙනුවෙන් Link Natural Products කෘෂි අංශය සහ සමාජ වගකීම් අංශය මගින් “සාර ඔසු” ව්යාපෘතිය යටතේ පැල සිටුවීමේ වැඩසටහන් දෙකක් ක්රියාත්මක කරන්නට විය. රත්නපුර දිස්ත්රික්කයේ පරකඩුව වත්ත කේන්ද්ර කර ගනිමින් එක් වැඩසටහනක් ක්රියාත්මක කරන්නට විය. මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය මගින් මිහිතලයේ සුරක්ෂිතභාවය වෙනුවෙන් එම කලාපයට ආවේණික බහු වාර්ෂික ශාක 100 ක් පමණ සිටුවන ලදි.
ලෝක මිහිතල දිනය වෙනුවෙන් 2026/04/23 දින දොම්පෙ ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම් කොට්ඨාසයේ අනුරාගොඩ කනිෂ්ඨ විද්යාලයේ දී පැල සිටුවීමේ වැඩසටහනක් පවත්වන්නට විය. මේ යටතේ පාසලේ සිටින සියලු සිසුන් පාසල් භූමියේ පැල 200 ක් පමණ සිටුවීම සිදුකරන ලදි. එම අවස්ථාව සඳහා දොම්පෙ සහකාර ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම් තුමිය ඇතුලු කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය මෙන්ම විද්යාලයේ විදුහල්පතිතුමන් ඇතුලු ආචාර්ය මණ්ඩලය හා සිසු දරු දැරියන් එක්විය.
In commemoration of World Earth Day, which falls on April 22nd, two tree-planting programs were conducted under the "Sara Osu" project by the Link Natural Agriculture Division and the Social Responsibility Division. One program was centered at the Parakaduwa Estate in the Ratnapura District, where approximately 100 perennial plants endemic to the region were planted to ensure the protection of the Earth.
Furthermore, on April 23, 2026, another tree-planting program was held at Anuragoda Junior School in the Dompe Divisional Secretariat Division for World Earth Day. Under this initiative, all students of the school planted approximately 200 saplings within the school premises. The event was attended by the Assistant Divisional Secretary of Dompe and her staff, as well as the school principal, the academic staff, and the students.
