මිනිස්සු වයසට යනකොට කටහඩ වෙනස් වෙනවා වගේම, ස්ත්‍රී පුරුෂ භාවය, සංස්කෘතික පසුබිම හෝ භූගෝලීය පිහිටීම වගේ විවිද කරුණු මත කටහඬේ ගුණාත්මකභාවය, තාරතාවය සහ ඝෝෂාව (Quality, Frequency and Loudness) වෙනස්වීමක් සිදුවෙන්න පුළුවන්. ඒ වගේම පුද්ගලයෙකු අසාමාන්‍ය කටහඬ අනුකරණ කිරිම් (voice imitations), විශේෂයෙන් ගුරුවරුන්ගේ හඬ අනිසි භාවිතය (vocal missuses) නිසා (පුරුද්දක් ලෙස අධික ශබ්දයෙන් කතා කිරීම, කැස්ස, රහස් කීම, කෑගැසීම), වර්තමානයේ ඇති COVID 19 නිසා ඇතිවන කැස්ස, මනෝවිද්‍යාත්මක ආතතීන් (psychological) ආදිය නිසාද කටහඩේ වෙනස්කම් සිදුවෙන්න පුළුවන්. තවද දුම්පානය, අධික කැෆෙන් භාවිතය වැනි බාහිර කරුණුද කටහඩේ ආභාධ (Voice disorders) සදහා බලපාන්න පුලුවන්.
ඔබේ කටහඩේ වෙනස්වීම සුළුවෙන් තකන්න එපා. එය කොයි මොහෙතේ හෝ දිර්ගකාලින කටහඩේ අබාදයක් වෙන්න පුළුවන්. වහාම ඔබගේ කථන චිකිත්සකවරයා හමුවන්න.
