Hello everyone,

I hope your day is going well. This is a quick update: our Talent Search team is making strong progress working through the more than 427 questions and concerns submitted by our 827 applicants across Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia, South Africa, Kenya, and Rwanda.

REPLY TIMELINE

If you asked your question on Facebook, Telegram, or by email before Friday, you will receive a reply no later than Monday.
If you asked on Friday, expect a reply by Tuesday.
If you asked on Saturday or Sunday, expect a reply by Wednesday.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE

Because of the overwhelming number of applicants, we are not able to follow up individually to seek clarification or request additional information. If you supply incorrect information or fail to follow instructions, we cannot reach out to fix it on your behalf.

Supplying the wrong information or leaving required questions unanswered will result in automatic disqualification.

Please take your time with your application. We gave you four full weeks for a reason: so you could move carefully and avoid the small, preventable mistakes that lead to disqualification. We know you are talented. Let your application show it.

COMMON MISTAKES THAT LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION

Exceeding the 2-minute video limit
Uploading a video that does not answer the question we asked
Missing some or all of the required information on your letter of recommendation

Take your time, follow the instructions closely, and give yourself the best possible chance.

1. SUBMITTED THE RSVP FORM
AND
2. ATTENDED THE ZOOM INFORMATION SESSION
Both are required. If you did one but not the other, you are not eligible for this round.

You will receive the application at any moment from now if you submitted the “interest form” before the Tuesday July 14th deadline. To ensure it gets delivered in your inbox, please save [email protected] in your email contacts because we will send it from that email address.

Correction for Liberian Applicants: Liberian applicants did not receive the "interest form", therefore only the 50 persons who attended the zoom info session will receive the application link.

Hello to all our applicants in Liberia!
This is your reminder that our live info session for the Minzo Africa Team is happening today. If you applied and you're on our waiting list, this is your chance to learn about Minzo Africa and the projects you'd work on, get clarity on roles and expectations, ask your questions, and meet our team.

Date: Monday, July 13, 2026
Time: 3:00 PM (Liberian Time)
Where: Live on Zoom · Approximately 3 hours
LOG ON EARLY — DON'T GET LOCKED OUT

Start logging on to Zoom 10 to 15 minutes before 3:00 PM. This gives you time to fix any technical issues before we begin.

Punctuality is strict: If you join even one minute after 3:00 PM, you are late — no excuses — and you will be automatically disqualified. To be considered, be on at least 15 minutes early.
What we expect from you:

Camera ON for the full session
Join from a quiet space
Full attendance is mandatory to advance to the next round

Punctuality and staying the entire time both count toward who moves forward.
