At Eccentric Bloom, we're passionate about creating a space where mental health is prioritized, and individuals feel empowered to seek for help. As we reflect on Mental Health Awareness Day (October 10th) and October being Mental Health Awareness Month, let's remember that every small step counts โ€“ whether it's practicing self-care, reaching out to a friend, or seeking professional support.
