It’s all about the people🫂💖
Few days have passed since I have finished teaching my 3 international aerial yoga teacher trainings, but I’m still in warm memories of those wonderful moments from the last 2,5 weeks with these 16 incredible ladies that I have met🥰🧚‍♀️

As much it’s a pleasure to share my aerial yoga knowledge and experience with aerial yoga teachers from around the world, it’s also a great gift and honor to meet each soul with their uniqueness, story and different culture that enriches and inspires you!✨

My courses were really intense and challenging, we gone through over 530 aerial yoga poses, tricks and sequences in total as well as all the yoga philosophy, teaching methodology, anatomy, physiology and many more aspects of aerial yoga and teaching. All of the flyers went full power despite the intense schedule and I’m very proud of them all!👏

We gathered in my courses to learn and to grow for professional reasons, but in the end, it’s all about sharing energy together and passion for aerial yoga!💖🕊️

2 intensyvios savaitės ir visi tarptautiniai oro jogos mokytojų mokymai pravesti!🥳✅ Vakar baigėme sudėtingiausią 3 lygio kursą, kuris yra 49-asis oro jogos kursas, kurį vedžiau savo studijoje🦋

Sveikinu 9 nuostabias skraiduoles, kurios jau yra oro jogos mokytojos, ir atvyko mokytis kartu su manimi, kad pakiltų į aukštesnį oro jogos ir akrobatikos lygį!🧚‍♀️🔥💖

Šis kursas buvo labai fiziškai sudėtingas, ypač viršutinei kūno daliai, ir mes atlikome daugiau nei 200 pozų ir triukų💪 Visada taip įkvepia, kai oro jogos praktikuotojos ir mokytojos praplečia ir padidina kūno galimybes ir pažadina savo vidinę ugnį😍🔥

International Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Level 2 at my studio CamiYoga Ore / Oro Joga Lietuva / Aerial Yoga Lithuania with amazing 5 flying yogies!🥳🧚‍♀️ Wow! These 9 days in total of teaching Level 1 & Level 2 was so inspiring!😍 It was really a pleasure to share my aerial yoga knowledge and magic with yogies from around the world and get to know each one of them🥰🫂 My courses were really intense and challenging, we gone through over 330 aerial yoga poses and exercises + all the yoga philosophy, teaching methodology, anatomy, physiology and many more aspects of aerial yoga. All of the students went full power despite the intense schedule and I’m very proud of them all!🔥🩷🕊 Up next - international Level 3 course from Wednesday!💪

2 intensive weeks and all international aerial yoga teacher trainings are done!🥳✅ Yesterday we’ve finished the most challenging Level 3 course which is my 49th live course in total that I have taught at my studio CamiYoga Ore / Oro Joga Lietuva / Aerial Yoga Lithuania 🦋

Congratulations to 9 beautiful flyers who are already aerial yoga teachers and they came to train with me to fly to the next levels of aerial yoga and acrobatics!🧚‍♀️🔥💖

This course was very challenging physically especially for upper body, and we went through over 200 poses and tricks💪 But it’s always so inspiring to see the other aerial yoga practitioners and teachers pushing they limits and igniting their inner fire😍🔥
