This month, Elements subscribers had a chance to practice together in person at the studio.

As a teacher EVGENIYA YOGA VILNIUS knows how important consistency and discipline are. So we decided to try something different: we simply left the key to Elements with our students.

No extra charge.
No complicated rules.

Just trust, practice, and a lot of gratitude for the community we’ve built together. 🤍

This week we focused on opening the shoulders, stretching the front of the legs, and creating more space in the chest. We explored how to move the backbend out of the lower back and into the upper spine, making backbends feel lighter, deeper, and more comfortable.

Every year, at Elements Yoga Studio, we celebrate International Yoga Day by coming together for a special community practice. It is a reminder that yoga is much more than physical posters - it is a way to connect with ourselves and with others.

The philosophy of yoga teaches awareness and compassion. These principles extend far beyond the mat, helping us navigate everyday life.
