Based on research by René Castien et al. It is recommend include isometric neck flexor strengthening.

⭐️ Migraine
Interprofessional care is advised to encompass all the aspects of treatment (Chiropractic treatment, pharmaceutical treatment, mental health etc).
Manuel therapy as well as relaxation methods have shown great I mprovements in reducing Migraine frequency and intensity (based on systematic review by Aleksander Chaibi et al.)

We all have experienced some degree of neck or back pain from sitting (or standing 🧐) with a bad posture for a long time.

Tips and tricks to improve your spinal alignment during your day🤗

1. Keep a little chin tuck position while sitting and standing 👍🏼

2. Have your back rested against the chair (ideally with a little curve to the backrest) 🪑

3. Take breaks every hour to get up and move around 🚶🏻‍♂️

4. Check your table/chair set up: they should follow proper ergonomic recommendations 💡

5. Follow an exercise routine 🏋️🏾‍♂️
