Today is the start of the Mental Health Weeks in Luxembourg, organised by Ligue Santé Mentale. To support the important work done throughout Luxembourg during these weeks, we have created a series of short videos, which we will share each day.

To launch the two weeks, we have written a brief blog post containing all the videos and a bit more information about this year's theme for the Semaines de la Santé Mentale.

Autumn started, most of people finished their holidays and came back to work, to the busy life, to the problems...shortly to continuous bad water and darker shorter days. I work with managers and I work as well with team members (not of the same managers obviously as that would be not only difficult but also unethical). So I hear both sides of the story. I live in an environment where we look for blame and not for self reflection and growth. I would love to hear more managers and leaders reflecting on their role in the people management and depending on their level their influence on the organization….
