Our annual Purses of Purpose Tea is coming soon! We're seeking sponsors for a few key needs that will help create a memorable experience for our guests and volunteers.

🎟️ Raffle Ticket Sponsor – $160 - SPONSOR OBTAINED ✅
Help cover the cost of printing our raffle tickets. As a thank-you, your business logo or name will be featured on every raffle ticket distributed at the event.

🥐 Tea Pastry Sponsor – $200
Help provide delicious pastries for our guests to enjoy during the tea. Your business will be recognized with signage at the pastry table.

🍽️ Volunteer Meal Sponsor (Set-Up Team) – $200

Last week Hand in Hand had the privilege of presenting to 100 Women Who Care. If you do not know about this organization, you need to check them out. Local non-profits can present their organization with the opportunity to leave with up to $10,000. 100 Women giving $100 each. Brilliant!
Although we did not win this time, we did leave with some gracious donations. We absolutely love 100 Women Who Care.

Our women could use your help. ❤️

Every day, women walk through our doors carrying little more than the clothes on their backs. As they begin rebuilding their lives, there are simple, everyday necessities that help them feel cared for, valued, and supported.

Right now, we’re in need of:

🧺 Bleach
🧺 Laundry soap
🧼 Dish soap
🥪 Sandwich bags
🍽️ Aluminum foil
👕 Women’s 2X & 3X clothing
🏃‍♀️ Sports bras (all sizes)
🩷 Feminine pads
🩵 Regular tampons

If you’d like to help, Amazon deliveries are welcome! You can also drop off donations Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

This morning we took Belonging Class on the road to celebrate Victoria’s rebirthday. Happy 2 years clean, Vic! 🎉🤍

You came into this program broken, searching for something more. Over the last two years, we’ve had the privilege of watching you grow into a strong, honest, compassionate woman in recovery. Today you serve this ministry, pouring hope, strength, encouragement, and truth into the women who come after you. You’re smart, hilarious, fun to be around, and your willingness to keep growing is an inspiration to all of us.

One of the most beautiful parts of recovery isn’t just the freedom we find. It’s the relationships we build along the way. This picture is a perfect example. Women who entered this program at different times and different stages of their journeys are now walking side by side, encouraging one another, laughing together, and doing life together. That’s the beauty of recovery. Healing happens in community, and some of the strongest friendships are built when people choose to fight for a better life together.

We are so grateful to walk hand in hand with you, Vic, and we can’t wait to see what God has in store for this next year. Happy 2 years! Here’s to another year of growth, purpose, laughter, and carrying the message that recovery really does work. ❤️

Yesterday morning, we welcomed another sister into the family of Christ.

Gabby made the decision to be baptized, and it was such a beautiful thing to witness. There was no hesitation, no holding back, just a heart eager to run toward Jesus with everything she had.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. Recovery isn’t just about freedom from addiction. It’s about new life, new identity, and the hope that is found in Christ.

I couldn’t help but smile when I saw the back of her shirt: “Trust the Process.” It couldn’t have been more fitting.

Gabby, this is just the beginning. Keep trusting the process, keep trusting the One who is leading you, and keep taking the next right step. God is faithful, and He will finish the good work He has begun in you.

We are so proud of you and honored to walk alongside you on this journey. Welcome to the family. 🤍
