الالتهابات بعد الخلع والجراحة

من يوم ماخلعت ضرسي وانا لاانام يادكتور ؟

What is a dry socket
جفاف فى مكان خلع السن وعدم التجلط التام للجرح بشكل طبيعي والتهاب ورائحة كريهة مع وجود الم ؟
A dry socket is a condition in which the blood clot that forms in the extraction site becomes detached from the walls of the socket, or dissolves away leaving the bare bone exposed to saliva.
The bone becomes inflamed due to bacteria and chemicals in the mouth, and this inflammation is persistent and painful. Dry sockets are usually associated with a foul odor or bad taste.
كيف أتصرف ونعالج المريض وندير حل سريع للمشكلة ؟
How are dry sockets treated
العلاج فى الغالب حيكون على مرحلتين او على مرحلة على حسب شدة الالتهاب والالم
اول مايجيك المريض ..
اولا التخدير الموضعي انحاول بقدر الامكان تنظيف مكان الخلع بال Curettage
وال Normal Saline ,وانحط ال Medication dressing داخل ال Socket
او على ال Gauze >> فى من يستعمل فى ال Alvogel وهنالك من يفضل ال Z.O.E
Return to the dentist who extracted the tooth and let him or her pack the socket with a medicated dressing. Pain relief begins an hour or so after the socket is packed. The chemicals in the packing soothe the nerve endings. The first packing will provide relief for about 24 hours. As you return to the dentist and the old packing is removed, the socket washed out and new packing is placed in.
المدة تتراوح من يوم ليومين وممكن تستمر لمدة اسبوع .. ومش بالضرورى نوصف المضاد الحيوي اما المسكن مؤقت وعند اللزوم لانك عالجته صح
A second packing may last 24 to 48 hours, and succeeding packings last longer still. Within a week (or sometimes more depending on the severity of the dry socket), The socket begins to heal from the bottom up and can be left empty without pain. Antibiotics are not generally needed.

كيف نمنع حدوثه ونتفاداه ؟
انصحه يبتعد على المضمضة القوية فى نفس اليوم ..
والدخان لا لانه ضار بالصحة وووو
حركة الدخان تعتمد على الامتصاص وهدا تؤتر على خطوات التجلط وتلغيها
لان المفروض الدم حيتجلط ويكون نسيج والامتصاص يزيل طبقة الدم المتجلط
Avoid drinking through a straw; the suction will interfere with healthy clotting
Avoid smoking; it can contaminate the extraction site and cause suction
Avoid spitting and excessive mouth rinsing after the extraction
من اهم العوامل المساعدة على حدوث التهاب موضع الخلع او الجراحة ..
