حرصًا من الهيئة الوطنية لأبحاث وتحاليل البصمة الوراثية، نظّم مكتب ضمان الجودة بالهيئة محاضرة علمية
ألقاها مدير مكتب ضمان الجودة بالهيئة،
بعنوان: «نظام إدارة الجودة وفق مواصفة ISO 9001».
حيث تؤكد هذه المحاضرة على أن فهم سياق المنظمة يمثل الأساس الذي يُبنى عليه النظام بالكامل من سياسات وأهداف وعمليات. ويتم ذلك من خلال تحليل البيئة الداخلية والخارجية باستخدام منهجية SWOT لتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف والفرص والتهديدات، إلى جانب تحديد الأطراف المعنية وفهم احتياجاتهم وتوقعاتهم. وذلك لضمان التنفيذ الفعّال والمتابعة المستمرة.
وتهدف هذه المنهجية إلى تحقيق التحسين المستمر ورفع كفاءة الأداء وضمان تقديم خدمات ذات جودة عالية وتعزز الثقة في النتائج.

Activities of the Authority – Tripoli City
In line with its commitment to quality and excellence, the National Authority for DNA Research and Analysis organized a scientific lecture through its Quality Assurance Office.
The lecture was delivered by the Director of the Quality Assurance Office at the Authority under the title:
“Quality Management System According to ISO 9001 Standards.”
The lecture emphasized that understanding the organization’s context forms the foundation upon which the entire management system is built, including policies, objectives, and operational processes. This is achieved through analyzing both the internal and external environment using the SWOT methodology to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, in addition to identifying interested parties and understanding their needs and expectations, thereby ensuring effective implementation and continuous monitoring.
This methodology aims to achieve continuous improvement, enhance operational efficiency, ensure the delivery of high-quality services, and
strengthen confidence in the results.
