Excellence knows no borders. As we reflect on a decade of the G2T Global Awards, we celebrate the cross-border collaborations that have defined economic resurgence.

In 2019, Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) secured the Best Arab Company in the highly competitive Petrochemicals category. PIC, a subsidiary of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), was set up in 1963 as the first chemical fertilizer complex of its kind in the region. It eventually grew and became leaders in petrochemical industry.

In financial year 2018-19, the company posted a net profit of KD 192 million approximately. This milestone proved that indigenous regional strategies can compete—and win—on the global stage.
