I AM OFFICIALLY AN EMPTY NESTER🤯😩🙃🤪🥰

There is a fundamental truth that life is nothing more than a series of openings and closings -- some grand, some soft, and how you navigate them is a choice!

Just like in yoga, where we move through poses that open and close our bodies, life presents us with a constant flow of experiences, transitions, and changes. The beauty lies in how we choose to respond. Whether it's an exciting opportunity or a challenging setback, we have the power to shape our journey by our reactions.

As we flow through the currents of life, let's remember that with every door that closes, a new one opens. Each twist and turn brings the potential for growth and learning. Embracing this perspective, I find solace in the idea that we can approach life's changes with intention and grace.

I have fallen in love with hiking because of the challenge it presents and for allowing me to choose who I get to be to meet and overcome the challenge!

This weekend I went hiking and rock climbing with some dope ass souls (separate post coming about that retreat experience) and here’s a shot about 4000ft up!
