know that your feelings are valid. You don’t need to wrap yourself in joy just because the world says you should.

🌿 Take it one moment at a time.
🌿 Protect your peace.
🌿 Do what feels kind to your heart and let go of what doesn’t.

There is no right way to do the holidays, just your way. And that is okay.
