• Any Graduate
• Should have minimum 3 years experience as Sales Manager in Pharmaceutical company.
• Responsible for implementing marketing strategies to drive brand growth, increase customer engagement, and achieve key performance goals.
• Participate in the development of operating goals and objectives to enhance all the operation performances.
• Coordinating and organizing the product evaluations.
• Internal and external communication, cross functional management, territory management, team member development.
• Initiative, Leadership skill and proper follow up skill
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power point, Internet/E-mail)
• Must be able to travel around in local

• Maintaining positive customer relations.
• Monitoring the team's sales performance.
• Report day-to-day activities and situations to the respective supervisor and follow the supervisor's instructions.
