1️⃣ Assistant Operation Manager (1 Post)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of the diagnostic center.
Coordinate activities among reception, laboratory, imaging, phlebotomy, home collection, and customer service teams.
Monitor service quality, workflow efficiency, and turnaround times (TAT).
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support staff scheduling, supervision, performance monitoring, and training.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies and consumables.
Handle customer feedback and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and management summaries.
Support business development activities, corporate client relationships, and outreach programs.
Assist management in achieving operational and financial targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Medical Laboratory Technology, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) is an advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostic center, hospital, or laboratory operations.
At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Strong understanding of healthcare service operations and quality management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and healthcare information systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
2️⃣ Admin & HR Executive (1 Post)
Requirements:
Any Bachelor’s Degree Holder
Preferred with Diploma or Certificate of Human Resource Management
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field
Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent team player and actively participates with the team
Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
3️⃣ Customer Service Executive (2 Posts - Female)
Salary: 4 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs 💰
Working Time: Must be able to work on duty shifts.
Off Day: One day off per week
Working Hour: 8 Hours

Requirements:
Must hold a B. Med Tech degree.
Ability to collaborate well with others.
Experience in laboratory operations is required.
Long-term commitment preferred.

Salary: Negotiable (Nego)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
Saturday – Half Day Alternate
