Online yoga class for august

"အချိန်မရှိလို့၊ သွားရလာရ ခက်ခဲလို့" ဆိုတဲ့ အကြောင်းပြချက်တွေကြောင့် ယောဂမကျင့်ဖြစ်တော့ဘူးလား။ အားလုံးအဆင်ပြေအောင် အိမ်ကနေပဲ တိုက်ရိုက် join လို့ရမယ့် Online Yoga Live Class လေး ရှိပါတယ်။

Beginner သမားပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ ကျင့်ဖူးပြီးသားသူပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် အခြေခံကစလို့ အဆင့်ဆင့် စနစ်တကျ သင်ကြားပေးသွားမှာဖြစ်လို့ စိုးရိမ်စရာ မလိုပါဘူးနော်။

💪 ဒီအတန်းမှာ ဘာတွေ ရရှိမလဲ?
Strength & Flexibility: ကြွက်သားတွေကို သန်မာစေပြီး ခန္ဓာကိုယ် ပျော့ပျောင်းသွက်လက်လာစေခြင်း။
Mindfulness: စိတ်အာရုံစူးစိုက်မှု ပိုကောင်းလာပြီး ညဘက်တွေမှာ နှစ်ခြိုက်စွာ အိပ်ပျော်စေခြင်း။
Professional Guidance: အမှားအယွင်းမရှိ ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာ ကင်းဝေးစေဖို့ ဆရာမကိုယ်တိုင် သေချာကြည့်ရှု ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း။
