Meet Michael! Michael has a Master’s in Gestalt Psychotherapy from G.P.T.I.M. He works with clients struggling with ADHD, addictions, binge eating, anxiety, depression, issues of identity, and sports-related mental health challenges. He has a particular interest in problematic smartphone usage and the way the digital age has a significant impact on our overall wellbeing. Michael is explorative and curious, and considers the environment as a whole in his analysis and work. His passion for his work stems from a combination of lived experience and a family of practitioners all working in healthcare.
His style of working is collaborative and deeply human, he likes to help clients tap into their innate characteristics and strengths, gently working at the stuckness that sits at the root of so many mental health struggles. He is highly empathic and gentle, but does not shy away from challenging his clients when it matters. Above all, his work is driven by a genuine desire to see clients reach their full potential and a commitment to their best interests.
