🌞 Summer Update 🌞

Dear all,

As mentioned in previous posts, we are reducing our clinic hours over the summer months 🌊.

As a result, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily stop accepting new clients. The limited appointments available in June and July are being reserved for our current clientele.

We are incredibly grateful for the continued interest in our services. Anyone who gets in touch will be added to our waiting list 📞📲, and we will contact you should any cancellations or additional appointments become available.

Please also note that the clinic will be closed on the following dates:

🎉16th–23rd June
🏖️ ✈️9th–13th July

We are also currently closed on Saturdays including this Saturday.

Dear all,

We are currently fully booked for the next few weeks, with only a handful of appointments remaining in June. We highly encourage booking well in advance to avoid disappointment.

On another note, we will be unavailable and offline next weekend as we continue expanding our knowledge with the amazing Ben Cormack — bringing back the latest evidence and insights in back rehabilitation to better support you all.

Just like every year, our clinic hours will be slightly reduced as we head into Summer ☀️

From May onwards, we’ll be closed on Saturdays and offering late afternoon appointments only on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Appointments will be more limited over the coming months, so we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred slot ✨

Dear Valued Clients,

‘Tis the season to sparkle! ✨

Please note that we will be closed for the holidays from the 20th of December to the 10th of January 2026.

During this time, no appointments or services will be available, and we kindly ask you to refrain from calling or messaging as our team will be enjoying a well-deserved break.

We will reopen and resume appointments on the 12th of January 2026 - refreshed, recharged, and ready to welcome you back!

Dear Esteemed Clients,

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for yet another successful year. Please be informed that we now have only two remaining appointment slots for December 2025, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

We would also like to remind you that we will be taking a scheduled break between December 20th and 11th of January. During our closure period, no appointments will be provided, and we kindly request that you refrain from calling, as we will not be available to respond. Appointments for January will resume as from the 12th of January.

We kindly ask that all January appointments be settled by 20 December.
