We were honoured to welcome Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health, Dr Ian Borg, to SAMOC. His visit provided a valuable opportunity to discuss matters of importance to our organisation, showcase our ongoing work, and exchange views on future initiatives.

We thank Dr Borg for taking the time to meet with us and for his interest in and support of our mission. We look forward to continued collaboration for the benefit of our patients and the wider community.

Representatives from EU member states have convened in Malta at the Sir Anthony Mamo Oncology Centre for the first meeting focused on strengthening cancer survivorship care across Europe.

The meeting serves as a valuable opportunity for partners to exchange ideas, share best practices, and learn from Malta’s experience as a case example in navigation and survivorship programmes.
